The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) is the leading authority on illicit drugs in the European Union.
Two coaches representing the EMCDDA met with several national authorities in Belgrade for an on-site assessment regarding the Serbian National Strategy on Drugs. Among other tasks, the experts reviewed the final structure of the strategy and the key questions for the interviews with the relevant authorities. They also discussed the implementation of the policy for combating drug use.
